Data Deletion — Clipper Studio

Disconnect your YouTube channel

Sign in to Clipper Studio.
Open Settings.
Under YouTube, choose Disconnect YouTube and confirm the action.

This attempts to revoke the active Google credential and removes stored OAuth credentials, the connected-channel record, YouTube publication records, and metrics from Clipper Studio. It does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube.

Revoke access directly at Google

Open your Google Account connections.
Select Clipper Studio.
Choose the option to remove or delete the connection.

Revocation prevents future authorized API access. It does not by itself erase content or operational records already stored in Clipper Studio, so also request deletion if that is your goal.

Delete an individual source project

In the authenticated studio, open the relevant source and use its delete action. This removes the source file, extracted audio, associated transcript, candidates, local clips, subtitles, and renders from Clipper Studio. You should download anything you want to keep first.

Delete all YouTube data stored by Clipper

Sign in and open Settings.
Under YouTube, choose Delete stored YouTube data.
Review the warning and confirm.

This action attempts to revoke Google access and removes OAuth tokens, connected-channel information, YouTube publication records, and metrics stored by Clipper. It does not remove your source videos, local edits, or rendered files, and it never deletes a video from YouTube.

Request deletion of all account data

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject “Clipper Studio data deletion request.” The operator will verify the request before removing associated account records, stored creator content, OAuth credentials, YouTube channel data, publication records, metrics, and operational job records, except for limited information that must be retained by law or remains temporarily in provider backups. Verified requests are completed as soon as practical and no later than seven calendar days.

What deletion does not do

Deleting Clipper Studio data does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube. Published or private YouTube videos remain in your channel until you delete them separately in YouTube Studio.

Deleting Clipper Studio data also cannot erase records independently retained by Google, YouTube, or another provider under its own legal obligations and retention policies.
