1. The service
Clipper Studio is a creator-controlled production tool that can upload source media, transcribe speech, suggest excerpts, render vertical clips, and—when you authorize it—upload or schedule videos on YouTube. Automated suggestions are editorial aids. You are responsible for reviewing all clips, metadata, visibility, audience settings, and publication choices.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet Google's and YouTube's account age requirements. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, using accurate information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share access to a private workspace unless the operator has enabled and authorized that use.
3. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Clipper Studio and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you request. You direct and control whether a rendered clip is uploaded to YouTube.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases for uploaded source material and the resulting clips. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Clipper Studio to distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material; evade YouTube enforcement or quotas; scrape or misuse platform data; generate spam or artificial engagement; compromise the service or another account; or violate applicable law, the YouTube Terms of Service, Google API policies, or other applicable platform rules.
5. Google and YouTube services
By using Clipper Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Clipper Studio uses YouTube API Services. Google and YouTube are independent services with their own terms, availability, quotas, review requirements, and enforcement decisions. Clipper Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google or YouTube. You can revoke Clipper Studio's Google access at any time from your Google Account connections.
6. AI-assisted output
Transcripts, suggested clips, titles, hooks, and other automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review the result before relying on or publishing it. Clipper Studio does not guarantee audience performance, monetization, reach, or regulatory compliance.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, API quotas, policy changes, or other operational needs. Features are provided as available; no uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised. We may update these terms when needed and will identify the current version by the updated date.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law or platform policies, address security risk, or respond to a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service, disconnect YouTube, and request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. The operator is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, lost audience opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing rules and contact
Applicable mandatory law governs these terms. If a dispute arises, contact the operator first so the issue can be addressed informally. Any mandatory consumer forum or data-protection right remains unaffected.
