It is one minute of original footage submitted for AI analysis, not one minute of the finished Short. A 30-minute recording would use 30 source minutes, whether you choose two moments or ten.

In the proposed plans, each successful video render would count as one export, including a new render after editing. Downloading the same rendered file again would not count. Failed renders would not use an export.

The annual price is ten times the monthly price, paid once per year: the equivalent of two months free. The monthly equivalent is rounded to two decimals. Source minutes and exports would renew monthly, without rollover, rather than being granted all at once.

The proposed approach is to pause new analysis or exports until the next monthly reset, or let you choose a larger plan. No automatic overage charges. Plan limits are not enforced in the current studio.

Clipper currently connects to YouTube for publishing and scheduling Shorts. You can also download your rendered videos. Direct publishing to Instagram and TikTok is not included.
